  • A 6‑ or 12‑session bi‑weekly 1:1 coaching package delivered via video for maximum flexibility

  • A comprehensive Wheel of Life baseline assessment to evaluate balance across key life domains

  • Values, purpose, and vision discovery to strengthen decision‑making and long‑term direction

  • Targeted assessments as needed, including personality, strengths, and communication style

  • A structured 360º feedback loop for clients seeking insight into how they are perceived

  • A Leadership or Personal SWOT analysis with a customized action plan

How the Coaching Journey Works

Our structured yet flexible process ensures clients feel supported from day one:

  • Introductory fit session and questionnaire to finalize the coaching match

  • Wheel of Life assessment completed before Session 1 to establish clarity and priorities

  • Client background and life story submission covering career, values, purpose, strengths, and communication style

  • Values, Purpose, or Vision clarification session to articulate the “why” behind the client’s journey

  • Coach review of all assessments and background materials to tailor the coaching plan

  • Creation of a personalized vision statement and action plan across all seven life domains

  • Collaborative SWOT analysis to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities

  • A detailed coaching plan and agreement outlining deliverables, expectations, and session structure

  • Ongoing coaching sessions with between‑session access for questions and support
